Privacy Policy — 24 Hours of Power

24 Hours of Power is a free SMS encouragement service. This policy explains, plainly, what we collect and how you stay in control.

What we collect

Your mobile phone number — required, so we can send your daily dose by SMS.
Optional details you share during onboarding — your first name (if you tell us what to call you), the life area you want more encouragement in (Work, Confidence, Relationships, Health, or Big change), and an Instagram handle. Each of these is optional and can be skipped.
Your chosen prescription and basic opt-in and delivery records needed to run the service and honour your consent.

To send you the daily encouragement you signed up for.
To personalise your dose using the optional details above, where you provided them.
To honour STOP and HELP requests and keep the consent records the service is required to keep.

To deliver your texts, your phone number is shared with our SMS provider (Twilio). We do not sell your phone number.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply START to opt back in, or HELP for support at any time.
